About us

Nursery is often a child's first experience of the world outside of their home. They meet new adults, begin to make friends, and are exposed to a multitude of new play opportunities. Our team of highly experienced and qualified staff are experts in supporting nursery age children. Together with you, we ensure that a child's first educational experience is calm, well-planned, and great fun! We offer a caring and warm environment that supports young learners. We introduce learning and challenge through our activities and make sure that all children thrive. Each child is given one-on-one teaching and is treated as an individual in order to ensure excellent progress with their learning and all-around development. Our aims and values underpin all of our policies, guidelines, practices, and ethos. Please come meet me and see for yourself the special atmosphere we have created.
In the interests of encouraging children on our waiting list to develop social skills and become familiar with our nursery, we hold regular Parent and Toddler group sessions. These are advertised in advance and offer prospective children and parents the opportunity to get to know the staff, facilities, and environment here at Tomorrow's Leaders. During the Parent and Toddler group session we offer outside play, creative play, and tabletop activities such as puzzles, counting, threading and playdough. Each session finishes with a singing and music session. If you would like more information on these sessions or to be notified of future dates, please contact the school office with your information and we will ensure that you receive an invitation.
We aim to:

  • Develop knowledge and understanding in all subjects to enable pupils to apply skills with confidence
  • Develop learning skills through encouraging a sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, perseverance, objectivity, reflection, and critical thinking
  • Emphasize diversity and individual talents in a wide range of fields, including academic, musical, athletic, artistic, and theatrical
  • Foster self-esteem in each child through a positive belief in their unique abilities
  • Encourage pupils to become increasingly responsible for their own learning
  • Develop interpersonal skills in children, including effective communication and teamwork
  • Allow the development of values and opinions within the context of mutual respect and understanding of differing belief systems and cultures
  • Promote adherence to the Tomorrow's Leaders Way: Do your best to be your best self. Listen. Share. Forgive. Be helpful. Be kind. Be truthful. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
  • Our aims and values underpin our policies, guidelines, practices, and general ethos. Our Values:

  • We value the way in which all children are unique, and our curriculum promotes respect for the views of each individual child, as well as for people of all cultures.
  • We value a working partnership with parents who care for the particular needs and strengths of each child.
  • We value the spiritual and moral development of each person, as well as their intellectual and personal growth.
  • We value the importance of each person in our community. We organise our curriculum in order to promote cooperation and understanding between all members of our community.
  • We value the rights enjoyed by each person in our society. We respect each child in our nursery for who they are, and we treat them with fairness and honesty.
  • We value our environment, and we aim, through our curriculum, to teach respect for our world and care for future generations in addition to our own.
